Kyle and Q have been DJ-ing for a combined total of over 28 years. They have experience in several events and occasions. They both became DJ's because their school dances were boring and the current DJ played unpopular and non-danceable music. With some encouragement from friends they put their money towards a starter sound system and got hired by the school's student council. The first dance was a huge success and several other gigs started due to the referrals of others. They have done hundreds of weddings, receptions, sports events, and school dances from elementary to college. LDS Youth dances have been another niche for them because of their clean music and willingness to say no to requests for inappropriate music. They no longer have a starter sound system but their desire to make an event successful and enjoyable is still their top priority.
Q has experience not only in DJ-ing but in live sound as well. He was assistant sound engineer at Eastern Arizona College for 3 years and has run sound for concerts, musicals, festivals and traveling college music groups. He also enjoys playing with car stereos and home theater systems as a hobby. Q resides with his family in Henderson, NV and operates the Henderson/Las Vegas branch of QD's Entertainment.
Kyle also has worked in live sound with his brother, Q at EAC. He has learned how to set up and run large PA systems with his brother and on his own. Kyle has been involved in several singing groups that have given him experience with some top sound technicians. He has a trained ear for ensuring that sound quality is at its best. Kyle resides in Utah County with his family and operates the Provo/Salt Lake City branch of QD's Entertainment.
